Broadmeadows Residents Advisory Team (BRAT) is a voluntary tenants group for those residing in postcode 3047 and is committed to working together for positive change and development for residents.
They engage residents through forums, supporting community projects, providing information as well as individual and group advocacy to raise awareness about issues of concern.
