Program Details

Our Digital Skills for Arabic Speakers program is designed to help Arabic-speaking participants build confidence and develop essential digital skills for everyday life in a supportive and welcoming environment. Participants will learn the fundamentals of using computers, smartphones, and the internet, including sending emails, navigating websites safely, using common software applications, and accessing online services such as government, banking, and healthcare. The course also covers online safety, managing digital information, and using technology to stay connected with family, friends, and the wider community. Delivered in a culturally inclusive setting, this program provides practical, hands-on learning at a comfortable pace, helping participants gain the confidence to use technology independently in their daily lives. Participants will learn the foundations of using computers, navigating the internet safely, sending and receiving emails, and using common software applications. The course also explores accessing online services, managing digital information, and using technology to stay connected with family, friends, and the wider community.
